AH Consulting Ltd (AHC) is a consulting firm providing professional services across Africa and in Mozambique. We are now seeking to recruit qualified individuals for a short term consulting assignment for a period of 3 months.
The following are the person requirements:
MUST possess, at a minimum, a degree in procurement or accounting or engineering or law or commerce or business administration;
MUST have at least 3 years of experience in applying government of Mozambique (or any other country) procurement procedures or world bank procurement procedures; or should have at least 3 years of experience in carrying out procurement audits in Mozambique or any other country; or should have at least 3 years of experience in teaching/ lecturing a procurement related programme; or should have at least 3 years of experience in carrying out financial or value for money audits;
MUST speak fluently both English and Portuguese and MUST demonstrate ability to write reports in both English and Portuguese.
